• When you call during business hours, a caring team member answers the phone live. No recordings, no endless menus. If I’m with a patient and you need to leave a message, you’ll hear back quickly – usually the same day. If you tell us it’s urgent, Dr. Sossou will do everything possible to speak with you right away.

Your own direct line to the doctor

• Every patient gets Dr. Sossou’s personal cell phone number. If something worries you after hours or on weekends (shortness of breath, chest discomfort, new swelling), you can reach him directly. He’ll help decide the safest next step. (For true emergencies, always call 911 first.)

Appointments that work around your life

• We’re happy to see you early in the morning, later in the evening, or even on select Saturdays when needed. Your time matters.

Little-to-no waiting room time + unhurried visits

• Your appointment starts on time. Most visits are 30 minutes; new-patient or in-depth visits are a full hour. You’ll never feel rushed. Bring your questions, your spouse, your list – we have time for all of it.

Prevention is at the heart of everything we do

• Dr. Sossou believes the best heart attack is the one that never happens. You’ll get clear, practical advice on exercise, food, sleep, and stress that actually fits your life – not just a handout. We also help coordinate any specialists you might need (lipid experts, sleep doctors, etc.) so everything works together.

Easy, secure communication between visits

• Send non-urgent questions or updates by email or text and get a personal reply from Dr. Sossou – usually within 24 hours.

Same-day or next-day sick visits when you’re worried

• If your heart symptoms flare up, we’ll get you seen fast – often the same day or within 24 hours – so small problems don’t turn into big ones.

All your testing done right here (and covered by insurance)

• EKGs, echocardiograms, stress tests, and more – performed on-site by Dr. Sossou himself. No running around town. We bill your insurance directly for these services.

Your personal advocate if you ever land in the hospital

• If you’re admitted, Dr. Sossou stays in close touch with you, your family, and the hospital team. He reviews records, speaks with your doctors, and makes sure your heart care stays on the right track – even when you’re not in our office.
